About the Course
Tuesdays, 6:00PM to 8:00PM
April 18 - June 13
Instructor: Jeanette Cerami
Discover the endless possibilities of long form play! An intensive course designed to teach performers to use the skills they learned in classes one through four in classic long forms like the Harold, Deconstruction, Bat and more. Students are encouraged to bend and break the rules as they create longer, more complex scenes and develop characters, relationships, and interweaving storylines. This class culminates in a final showcase, where students can apply their new skills in front of a live audience. Through this process, students will gain a greater understanding of the art of improv and become more confident and dynamic performers.
(Long Form Study culminates in one student show on Sunday, June 11th at 6:30pm).
Long Form Study is designed for students who have completed at least Improv Two or more; preference will be given to students who have completed Improv Three or more. Teacher approval may be required. No Class - Tues, May 30.
